1. Booking & Confirmation
- • All bookings must be made through our authorized contact numbers, email, or website.
- • A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving a confirmation message/call from our team.
- • For certain services, we may require an advance payment to secure the booking.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- • Cancellations made 24 hours before the trip may be eligible for a full or partial refund (when applicable).
- • Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur cancellation charges.
- • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable time.
- • No refunds will be provided for no-show or last-minute changes not informed in advance.
3. Pricing & Payments
- • All fares are transparent and based on the service type, vehicle chosen, distance, duration, tolls, parking, and any additional requirements.
- • Prices may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or high-demand periods.
- • Additional charges may apply for: Extra hours or extended routes, Waiting time, Night travel, Toll, parking, interstate permits.
- • Full payment must be made at the end of the trip unless otherwise agreed.
4. Vehicle Usage Rules
- • Customers must not request drivers to violate traffic rules or operate the vehicle in unsafe conditions.
- • Eating, smoking, or consuming alcohol inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
- • Any damage caused to the vehicle due to customer negligence will be chargeable.
5. Driver & Safety Guidelines
- • All drivers are trained and verified by Velvora Holidays & Mobility.
- • The driver has the right to refuse service if the passenger's behavior is unsafe, abusive, or illegal.
- • Passengers must always wear seatbelts and follow safety guidelines.
6. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
- • Velvora Holidays & Mobility is not responsible for delays caused by:
- • Traffic congestion
- • Weather conditions
- • Vehicle breakdowns (another vehicle will be arranged when possible)
- • Road closures, accidents, or natural disasters
7. Luggage Policy
- • Customers are responsible for their belongings.
- • Velvora Holidays & Mobility is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items left in the vehicle.
- • Luggage must be within the vehicle's carrying capacity.
8. Use of Website & Content
- • All website content, images, and information belong to Velvora Holidays & Mobility.
- • No content may be copied, modified, or used without written permission.
- • Misuse of website or booking systems may result in denied services.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
- • Customer information such as name, phone number, email, and trip details is collected only for service delivery.
- • We do not share customer information with third parties except where required by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
- • Velvora Holidays & Mobility is not liable for:
- • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- • Delays caused by third-party factors
- • Personal items lost during the journey
- • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service booked.
11. Amendments to Terms
- • Velvora Holidays & Mobility reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
